The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of Changi Beach Club to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across all departments. This role is responsible for managing clubhouse facilities, coordinating maintenance and housekeeping, and enhancing the overall member and guest experience through operational excellence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clubhouse daily operations including facilities, front-of-house services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all areas of the club.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor operational expenses and assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and train operations staff to ensure quality service and adherence to club standards.
• Handle members' feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Finance, F&B, etc.) to support club-wide initiatives and events.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and licensing regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management review.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, leisure clubs, or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, or evenings when required.
