The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse management
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Foster a productive and safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Liaising with driving personnel and assigning routes.
• Assist with coordination work as and when required.
• Facilitate the process flow from start to finish.
• Guide the team to respond to major incidents and emergencies.
• Assist in providing updates on major incidents and emergencies to the appropriate person.
• Handle vehicle breakdown issues during delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in operations/logistics
• Experience with import/export documentation and international sourcing
• Good negotiation, communication, and management skills
• Driving License (Class 3) and Forklift License required

(Preferably with experience in Route planning and Warehouse management)
