1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage.
2. Customer Service:
- Foster a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

3. Financial Management:
- Achieve sales targets and manage the store's budget effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

4. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.

- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

6. Quality Control:
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor kitchen and service areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
- Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
