Job Descriptions:

1. Picking of goods according to documents.

2. Checking and verifying of goods already picked to ensure accuracy.

3. Plan daily delivery schedules. Call and arrange with customers on the delivery timing.

4. Delivery logs (daily) filing and completion. Ensure timely and completion of all deliveries and Master delivery log card (daily).

5. To ensure documents are properly stamped & signed.

6. To arrange collection of cash from customers, with proper handover to accounts personnel in Alfa office.

7. Respond to and follow-up on "Sales Return / Consignment Collection" requests, ensure goods received and good conditions.

8. Assist to manage housekeeping of the warehouse - proper stacking, upkeep of warehouse bin locations and maintain cleanliness.

9. To ensure the 'safety' features in the workplace surrounding the warehouse and at the loading/unloading zone & temp storing area.

10. To assist with physical cycle count / stock-take on a monthly basis in DP & License Warehouse. To do monthly inventory reporting and control for both duty-free and duty-paid stocks. To report any stocks discrepancy.

Adhoc Jobs:

1. Assist in events to setting up, dismantling and collection of wines.

2. Assist to Organize delivery schedules for weekend or evening hours, when required.

3. Prepare transfer list using Item Reclassification with Cost (IRC) and send transfer list to TradeNet Services to prepare DP/RM Permit.

4. Picking of goods from License Warehouse and after checking transfer goods in Duty Paid.

5. Receive / release shipment in / from License Warehouse, and prepare all mandatory documents.

6. Any other warehouse related duties as assigned by superior.

7. Check Warehouse letter box.

Standby Jobs:

1. Monitor the upkeep of vehicles by respective driver(s). To ensure cleanliness, safety/servicing and inspection of vehicles at LTA.

2. Perform deliveries, if required.
