As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Senior Operations Manager to lead our internal operations and drive business performance.

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day internal operations across four key business units: the retail grocer, central kitchen, e-commerce platform, and product development. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep experience in retail operations, supply chain management, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate has worked in established or well-known companies, understands the complexity of cross-functional operations, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to business execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across the retail grocery store, central kitchen, e-commerce platform, and product supply chain
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure consistent product quality, cost efficiency, and inventory availability
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control processes end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and product development teams to ensure timely production and product launches
• Ensure operational excellence in in-store merchandising, stock replenishment, product assortment, and customer experience
• Drive improvements in internal workflows, systems, and SOPs to increase operational efficiency
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including operations staff, logistics, warehouse, and kitchen personnel
• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports on sales, margins, stock levels, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and business reviews
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts across all units

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of operations experience, with a focus on retail grocery, F&B, or food supply chain management
• Strong background in supply chain operations, procurement, and inventory management
• Prior experience working in or with central kitchens, e-commerce platforms, or multi-unit operations
• Excellent understanding of internal business processes, retail merchandising, and logistics coordination
• Proven track record managing day-to-day operations in well-known or high-volume businesses
• Strong network of suppliers and ability to negotiate favorable terms
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable working with dashboards, forecasts, and reports
• Singaporean/PR or authorized to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in companies such as Cold Storage, FairPrice, Amazon Fresh, SaladStop!, Little Farms, or similar
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, F&B, or related fields
• Familiarity with inventory and order management systems (ERP, POS, WMS)
• Experience launching or scaling new retail or e-commerce operations
