Position: Operations Analyst

Location: Raffles

Salary: $2500 - $2800

Job Responsibilities:

\t• \tProcess corporate action events for both Singapore and foreign markets

\t• \tEnsure smooth daily operations (BAU) by meeting accuracy and timeliness standards in line with Service Level Indicators

\t• \tRespond to internal and external customer queries from various business units

\t• \tFollow documented procedures, control guidelines, and compliance frameworks

\t• \tHandle ad-hoc assignments and initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

\t• \tPrior experience in operations, finance, or banking will be advantageous

\t• \tStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

\t• \tGood communication and coordination skills

\t• \tFamiliarity with corporate action processes is a plus
