Location: Tuas, Singapore (3-minute walk from Tuas West Road MRT)
Salary Range: S$2,400 - S$2,700 (commensurate with experience and profile)
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
• Saturday: 8:30AM - 1:00PM (Half-day, every Saturday)

Role Overview

This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will handle daily operational tasks including stock monitoring, order coordination, transport planning, and inventory control-ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to fulfil and track orders efficiently
• Prepare and update shipment documentation (e.g. invoices, customs papers, WMS/SAP entries)
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, including scheduling, follow-ups, and recordkeeping
• Manage import/export procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Generate reports on inventory, delivery status, and related logistics metrics
• Address stock-related issues such as damage, delays, or returns in a timely manner
• Support logistics planning and route optimization to enhance cost and time efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level education
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (e.g. SAP, WMS)
• Good understanding of customs and import/export documentation
• Knowledgeable in supply chain and warehouse management principles
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication ability
• Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
