Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle full spectrum of import and export documentation, including LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA declarations.
  • Provide end-to-end customer service, including shipping coordination, tracking, and post-sales support.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, shipping lines, and forwarders to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain container inventory, manage container repair schedules, and compile freight rates from carriers.
  • Support general administrative tasks, participate in logistics-related projects, and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline, with prior experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations.
  • Good knowledge of international shipping regulations, documentation procedures, and customs clearance processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
