Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and IT needs
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, or enhancement through technology
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
Support IT project implementation, including solution evaluation, configuration, testing, and rollout
Liaise between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions
Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for IT initiatives
Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and process maps
Support change management, user training, and post-implementation review
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as an IT Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or related role
Strong knowledge of IT systems, enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms), and business process analysis
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
ITIL Foundation Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, SAFe)
Relevant platform certifications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure)
