- 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM (day) / 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM (night)
- 2 days work / 2 days rest, including weekends & PHs
- Shift allowance provided
Option B: 8.5-hour Core Rotating Shift
- Weekdays:
Day: 1 PM - 10:30 PM
Night: 10:30 PM - 8 AM - Weekend shifts compensated with off-in-lieu
- Shift allowance: $10 (day), $22 (night)
Job Description:
- Respond to IT service desk requests via phone/email.
- Log, triage, and track incidents and requests in ticketing system.
- Provide L1 troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
- Monitor follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver quality customer service in a high-volume support environment.
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in IT.
- At least 1 year of experience in service desk or IT support.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Singapore Citizen only
