Option A: 12-hour Shift (Rotational)

  • 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM (day) / 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM (night)
  • 2 days work / 2 days rest, including weekends & PHs
  • Shift allowance provided

Option B: 8.5-hour Core Rotating Shift

  • Weekdays:
    Day: 1 PM - 10:30 PM
    Night: 10:30 PM - 8 AM
  • Weekend shifts compensated with off-in-lieu
  • Shift allowance: $10 (day), $22 (night)

Job Description:
  • Respond to IT service desk requests via phone/email.
  • Log, triage, and track incidents and requests in ticketing system.
  • Provide L1 troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
  • Monitor follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver quality customer service in a high-volume support environment.

Requirements:
  • Nitec or Diploma in IT.
  • At least 1 year of experience in service desk or IT support.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Singapore Citizen only
