Position: Logistics Coordinator (ID6054)
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Alter Sat 8:30-12:30pm -finish work can go home , if can finish on friday, no need to work on sat)
Salary: SGD $2,800 - $3,500

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams for delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (DO, PO, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Track and update shipment status, and resolve any delivery delays or discrepancies.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics operations.

Requirements:
• Familiar with local delivery operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (ERP systems preferred).
