Job Requirements
- Overall coordination, tracking status of all Material Review Board (MRB) non-conformance material and perform timely inventory transactions.
- Perform inventory inspections and containment activities when non-conformances are identified.
- Assist or lead non-conformance investigations and material assessments.
- Provide investigation feedback on non-conformances to internal stakeholders or directly to suppliers.
- Interface daily with various departments to provide status of open MRB items and to seek closure on those non-conforming items.
- Verify parts returned from suppliers prior to returning to stock.
- Work and support Quality Engineers, by coordinating with appropriate departments on Quality-related issues.
- Support Quality Engineers on Customer's FAIR submission.
- Monitor and coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) / Procedural Change Orders (PCO) routing, approval, and implementation using AGILE.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned by Quality Engineers and Quality Manager
Job Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, etc.
- Preferably with 2 years of Quality, Engineering and inspection background, document control or related work experience.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings will be an advantage.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
