Requirements:
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Manage full-spectrum logistics operations including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Oversee handling, storage, and dispatch of oilfield equipment in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and inventory accuracy using WMS and other digital tools.
- Coordinate logistics support for shipyard projects, including heavy-lift planning, vessel mobilization, and port operations.
Freight & Trade Compliance
- Ensure accurate application of Incoterms in all international freight transactions.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Stay current with import/export regulations, customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Execute procurement strategy and execution for oilfield equipment, consumables, and project materials.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Manage procurement contracts, vendor performance, and compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align procurement with project timelines.
Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across logistics and procurement functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and procurement within the oil & gas or oilfield services industry.
- Proven experience working offshore onboard a MODU.
- Strong purchasing experience with both local and overseas oilfield OEMs and suppliers.
- Demonstrated success managing logistics for shipyard or offshore projects.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation requirements.
- Proficient in ERP and WMS platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
