What You'll Do

• Design, iterate, and refine prompts to effectively leverage advanced generative AI models for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and build AI-driven applications tailored to business needs.
• Conduct prompt testing and evaluation to ensure high-quality model outputs, optimizing prompts against desired outcomes.
• Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI and LLMs, proactively recommending and implementing new methodologies.
• Analyze AI model outputs for performance, bias, and alignment, ensuring responsible AI deployment.
• Partner with developers and teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into broader technology ecosystems.

What Will Make You Shine

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as NLP, AI application development, or LLM-driven solutions, or at least as a BA.
• Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-3/4, Claude, or similar) and prompt engineering concepts.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design and troubleshoot prompt-based workflows.
• Background in banking or financial services, with an understanding of domain-specific use cases, is highly valuable.
• Experience working in collaborative Agile teams, contributing to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python, to support AI application development and tool integrations.
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and ethical considerations in AI usage.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as chain-of-thought prompting or fine-tuning models.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI-powered solutions.
• Prior experience working with financial AI solutions, such as customer service, fraud detection, or risk modelling.
