General ManagementResponsibilities:
1) Manage operation (deployment plan) for MOE project.
2) Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
3) Meet supplier/sub-contractors for review of scope and perform price negotiation.
4) Compile and generate overall project costing and track project KPI.
5) Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
6) Provide recommendations to Agency to improve work efficiency.
7) Able to trace, react and response to site fault within the stipulated response/down time.
8) Able to manage multiple locations at a time.
Requirements:
Working Location: North-East & East Region

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Real Estate Management / Building Services / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing school facilities.
- Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must possess own transport (motorbike or car).
- Preferably with relevant Fire Safety Manager certificate that recognised by SCDF.
- Good knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical system/Building Works.
- Familiar with AutoCad drawing.
