Requirements
- Implement & organize overseas market development initiatives, projects and activities.
- Provide business & operation support for special projects, with objective of recruiting and onboarding Singapore companies to the specific project.
- Address queries from Singapore company (not limited to only manufacturers) on specific project and provide assistance accordingly.
- Provide business information, advisory & facilitation to companies on setting up overseas presence.
- Organize Singapore companies for specific project for site visits, learning journeys, corporate events, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project/event planning, execution & management.
- Preparation and management of events'/projects' operating budget, vendors and procurement process.
- Provide support to the department on any other tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of industry work experience.
- Self-driven and works well independently and support the team to assist companies in their business needs.
- Well-versed in the regulatory requirements and various government assistance schemes would be a plus.
- Good communication, writing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant experience in projects/events management a plus.
- Experience in organizing virtual, hybrid, and physical events, with knowledge of video production preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with proficiency in IT tools.
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude.
