We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Supramax dry bulk fleet of around 8-10 vessels, to be based in Singapore
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full post-fixture operations, including documentation, agent appointments, stowage, bunkers, and voyage accounting.
• Ensuring efficient voyage execution and coordination with Masters, Agents, Charterers, and Brokers
• Use in-house built voyage management and reporting system.
• Monitor vessel performance and manage freight, hire, demurrage, and claims.
• Collaborate with legal, insurance, and commercial teams on CP matters and disputes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in dry bulk shipping operations.
• Strong knowledge of CP terms, maritime logistics, and documentation.
• Understanding of Index-linked shipments (time charter and voyage)
• Excellent English, communication, and team skills.
