We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
