Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our coffee procurement department.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both department management and coffee procurement.

As the role involves frequent communication with colleagues in Japan and across our Japan-based operations, proficiency in Japanese is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental performance and cost management
• Profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow oversight
• Procurement cost and expense control
• Communication with senior management
• Coffee market analysis and procurement strategy planning
• Presentations for long-term and short-term procurement (green & instant coffee)
• Personnel development and team evaluation
• Approval and internal reporting processes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in department management
• Minimum 15 years of experience in coffee procurement
• Proficiency in business-level English and Japanese
