Responsibilities:
- Drive both team and individual sales performance to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high productivity, service quality, and team cohesion.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Oversee the preparation of Credit Proposals, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance with internal standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support a seamless and efficient end-to-end sales process.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks to generate leads and support business growth.
Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with a strong track record in sales and business development.
