Monitor and plan space allocation for shipment loading to maximise operational efficiency.
Follow up on freight status and ensure all relevant parties are kept updated.
Liaise with airlines on inquiries regarding rates, tracking, and other operational matters.
Create, maintain, and review selling rates and buying rates from customers and carriers.
Ensure shipments are complete and uplifted on time at agreed rates with both customers and airlines.
Produce progress reports and profit/loss analyses for team members and stakeholders.
Handle RFQs and tenders efficiently to support business development.
Coordinate with the sales team on inquiries and assist in delivering optimal logistics solutions.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of buying and selling rates from customers and airlines.
Plan back-to-back shipments for consolidation purposes.

Requirement:

Relevant experience (warehouse logistics executive) will have added advantage.
