General Management*Job Description:**
- Develop and execute supply-demand balancing strategies (e.g., driver acquisition/retention, passenger growth/engagement) to increase GMV and market share.
- Design and optimize driver-side operations (e.g., incentive programs, rating systems, training) to boost driver engagement and service quality.
- Plan passenger-side marketing campaigns (e.g., coupons, membership programs) to drive user growth and order conversion while reducing CAC.
- Monitor operational metrics (e.g., order volume, cancellation rate, supply-demand ratio) and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Work with product, marketing, and customer support teams to improve end-to-end user experience and resolve operational incidents.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of internet operations experience; background in mobility, e-commerce, or two-sided platforms is preferred.
- Expertise in user growth, campaign planning, and subsidy strategies with strong analytical and ROI-oriented thinking.
- Proven experience in driver/passenger operations and ability to independently execute initiatives.
- Results-driven with exceptional resource coordination and execution skills; adaptable to high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
