Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the site work at side with customers
• Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
• Coordinate with sales team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Answer incoming calls and offering guidance to customer.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Provide coaching and guidance to production team and fulfill all training needs for their future development

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
