Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee cleaning service operations, particularly in pharmaceutical and semiconductor environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, liaising with clients, allocating manpower, ensuring project excellence, and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage cleaning projects in pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards.
• Ensure prompt and professional response to client emails and inquiries.
• Supervise and guide on-site supervisors and cleaning staff, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and assess job performance, quality standards, and adherence to SOPs.
• Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.
• Prepare and submit reports on job progress, incidents, and manpower deployment.
• Work independently and take initiative to resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning industry or similar environment.
• Experience working on controlled environments such as pharmaceutical plants or semiconductor facilities is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.
• Possess a valid driving license (if required for site travel).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• WSQ or NEA-related certifications in cleaning or environmental services are a plus.
