WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- To manage day to day operation and lead team to fulfil customer outbound orders.
- Perform and ensure that all Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met.
- Team deployment and order fulfilment.
- Training and team management.
- Inventory management - Quality control.
- Review daily capacity vs resource plan.
- Ensure proper handling of official documents
- Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, standards and procedures are executed at all times in the workplace
- To develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Set up breakbulk files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation.
- Contact origin office via facsimile, e-mail system.
- Prepare all reporting and share KPI to management for review - Outbound related.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Willing to work shift - Mon to Fri: 1:00pm to 10:30pm (shift allowance given)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / warehousing industry
- Minimally 1 year in Supervisory/Team Lead capacity
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
