Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership

• Design and update brain development curricula.
• Ensure programs are aligned with the latest neuroscience and educational research.
• Supervise assessment standards and learning outcomes.

2. Operational Oversight

• Oversee daily operations, program scheduling, and faculty management.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, health, and educational standards.

3. Faculty and Team Management

• Hire, train, and evaluate instructors and staff.
• Foster professional development and teamwork within the institute.

4. Research & Innovation

• Encourage research in cognitive science, child development, and learning techniques.
• Partner with researchers and institutions to adopt best practices.

5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with parents, educators, schools, and other institutions.
• Represent the institute in conferences, public talks, and partnerships.

6. Strategic Development

• Develop new programs, workshops, or services.
• Set growth goals for enrollment and outreach.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in educational settings (preferably early childhood or brain development).
• Strong understanding of cognitive development theories and applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
