Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system architecture.
Lead and mentor development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
Own technical delivery aspects such as integration, data migration, and custom development.
Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development and deployment.
Review and approve technical designs, solution architecture, and system configurations.
Support UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
6-8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Solution Architect.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (highly preferred).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with integration tools like Mulesoft or Dell Boomi, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Excellent communication skills to effectively present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience with clients in Singapore or the APAC region is an advantage.
