Contribute to software development projects aimed at enhancing Contact Centre operations, improving the employee journey, and elevating overall customer experience.
Ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and issue resolutions for Contact Centre platforms in the banking domain (e.g., CRM and telephony) through thorough end-to-end testing.
Develop test cases from user requirements, execute test plans, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve defects prior to release.
Take full ownership of assigned initiatives and ensure timely completion of deliverables in alignment with project schedules.
Be prepared to support system releases during off-peak hours, including after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Prior experience in Agile project environments and customer service operations is an added advantage.
