Job Description:

• Oversee fund administration operations, including NAV calculations, investor reporting, and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth fund operations.
• Support fund structuring, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor queries in an efficient manner.
• Assist in investment operations, including cash flow management and reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide support for audits and due diligence processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements to optimize fund administration.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese language (spoken and written) is require to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
• Prior experience in asset management (fund administration, middle/back-office, or related roles).
• Private credit experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Background from Big 4, fund administration houses, asset managers, commercial banks is a plus.
