Location: Near Tuas Crescent MRT (Walking distance)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Depends on experience)

Overview:
This role involves coordinating personnel and equipment logistics based on regional and client needs, managing training records and payroll, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange mobilization and demobilization of operators, including flights, accommodation, visas, and training.
• Communicate with clients and operators regarding availability and movements.
• Track and submit training and medical requirements.
• Handle travel and accommodation for management and operators.
• Oversee equipment logistics, including permit management, customs compliance, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate personnel logs and site attendance records.
• Process payroll and manage leave schedules.
• Support operational improvements in logistics and administration.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and international travel coordination.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with offshore training and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
