Job Description:
  • Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the owners and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the outlet's Annual Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales plan and Capital budget
  • Achieves business gross operating profit and objectives through appropriate planning, organization of staff, inventory management, cost control and maximization of the outlet's sales and profits
  • Contribute to the development of the outlet's overall yearly plan and budget
  • Observes compliance with Company's policies and procedures, as well as governmental laws and regulations
  • Ensures the proper cleaning and lighting of all restaurant areas
  • Supervises a daily-check up on the smooth performance of all outlet's machinery and equipment
  • Maintains safe working conditions for employees and customers; resolves safety concerns quickly
  • Ensure implementation of dining areas sanitation standards
  • Ensure the proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming of team members
  • Manages the outlet's staff through coaching and training, in order to improve performance and to achieve the department's objectives and targets
  • Motivates and develops staff, in order to encourage their professional development
  • Evaluates the performance of all restaurant employees ensuring that reviews are delivered to the HR on time
  • Maintains discipline, recommends and administers corrective actions
  • Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
  • Handles guest problems and complaints
  • Ensures corrective action is taken to continuously improve service results


Requirements:
  • A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the f&b industry, preferably in SMEs.
  • Strong financial expertise and excellent business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
