Location: Bukit Merah Salary: $2,500 - $3,500/month Experience: 2-3 years (Shipping & Tradeweb Permit Processing)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound & outbound shipments, ensuring smooth cargo movement
• Coordinate transport arrangements with carriers & suppliers
• Process permit declarations & manage trade compliance documentation
• Track shipment schedules, invoices, & customs approvals
• Handle procurement coordination & inventory checks
• Review insurance policies for cargo coverage
• Support database updates & logistics reporting
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2-3 years in shipping/logistics coordination (TradeNet ID required)
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and eager to learn
• ERP system knowledge (multi-currency & inventory) is a plus
