General ManagementWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Repair & Logistic Management Specialist to oversee and improve repair operations, manage consumables usage, and handle emergency repair coordination. This role also involves inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to ensure efficient maintenance and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
Repair Operations:
- Allocate repair resources (personnel, equipment, spare parts) according to the company's equipment maintenance procedures.
- Supervise emergency repairs for major failures; provide on-site support when necessary.
- Optimize repair resource utilization to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Compile and analyze monthly repair data, including failure rates, response times, maintenance costs, and consumption rates.
Inventory & System Management:
- Handle goods receiving and inventory checking to ensure accurate and complete stock data.
- Operate ERP systems to input and maintain repair-related records.
- Prepare monthly consumable purchase budgets and procurement requests.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with the Purchasing and Production departments to ensure reasonable use and control of equipment and parts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in repair or inventory management
- Background in equipment maintenance and familiarity with repair procedures
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Proficient in ERP system operation and inventory control
- Good cost control and budgeting skills
- Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration abilities
- Capable of handling emergencies with strong problem-solving skills
- High sense of responsibility and professional ethics
- Able to work under pressure
