• At least 10 years' experience managing business requirements and converting them into functional specification / user stories.

• At least 5 years of testing experience (writing, executing, and monitoring tests).

• At least 2 years of Project Management experience.

• Hands-on experience in SQL

• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Proven experience managing various types of stakeholders.

• Knowledge of all phases of IT software development and implementation life cycle.

• Capable to effectively interact with technical team.

• Proactive with continuous improvement mind-set.
