Our client in the manufacturing industry is currently looking for a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced professional to manage logistics and customer service operations, ensuring seamless supply chain processes and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing logistics strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse management, order fulfillment, and distribution, and optimizing transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role also involves analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and maintaining systems to track inventory and delivery performance. On the customer service front, the candidate will lead a team of representatives, implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalated issues, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in logistics and customer service management within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They should have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and drive improvements. Proficiency in SAP, particularly SD and MM modules, is essential.
