Job Requirements:
- Business Analytics: Focusing on members data and General (including overall promo, vouchers etc)
- E-commerce & Shopee Admin (including Promo)
Job Descriptions:
- Identify customer segments and understand their buying behaviour, demographics and life stage
- Find potential pockets of growth, new customer acquisition opportunities and develop strategies to chase these growth pockets
- Drive targeted campaigns by working with marketing to identify target groups to increase revenue per segment, penetration rate and conversion rate
- Maximise returns on targeted campaigns through testing of various promotion mechanics and communication mediums (email marketing, SMS marketing etc)
- Ensure timeliness and quality of end-to-end campaign execution
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, emails etc) to ensure brand consistency and increase brand awareness
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost and drive qualified traffic through improving online contents & considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Take ownership of all E-Commerce platforms' administrations, including developing, monitoring, updating and creating products details and/or contents
- Customer feedback, enquiries and requests via eCom/Website are acted on promptly
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business and relevant fields
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, entry level are welcomed
- Good analytical skills
