Position: Port and Logistic Operation Clerk

Basic salary: $2800-3200

Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)

Job content:

-Processing orders from marine lubricant customers

-Coordinate with shipping agents, project managers, ship supplies suppliers, and captains to arrange delivery matters

-Serve as a communication bridge between customers and internal departments of the company

-Arrange barge supply plans and assign delivery tasks to barge crew members every day

-Pay attention to barge dynamics to ensure smooth delivery

-Take turns to be responsible for after-get off work duty calls and handle emergency matters

Requirements: Diploma, Proficient in MS Excel and SAP, Graduates are welcome
