Requirements
- Ensure smooth day to day operation, coach and guide the others for timely shipment with error-free documentation;
- Create Guidelines and promote best practices for import/export operations;
- Seeking competitive freight from various airlines/co-loaders;
- Sourcing new quotation with co-loaders & airlines for better partnership;
- Ensure all the documentation is in place for audit & filing purpose;
- Ensure all DN & CN is well in place for billing purpose;
- Assist & guide customers on custom's declaration;
- Assist destination with gap & issue and resolve within timeframe given;
- Execution of AWB for daily import & export operations;
- Coordinate with customer regards to the cargo readiness/collection & arrangement.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience will be advantageous
- Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Service oriented
