Job Summary

This is a hybrid role with analyst, project management and process improvement scope.

Responsible for optimizing Krisshop omni-channel sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth across both travel retail and non-travel retail business segments. The candidate will leverage his/her analytical skills, project management experience, and understanding of the retail landscape to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and contribute to the success of our business. The candidate will collaborate closely with our Data Scientist, utilizing their capabilities to enhance the analysis and insights.

Job Description

Omni-channel Analysis:
  • Analyze data from all sales channels, including online and offline for travel retail and non-travel retail segment, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Deep dive into customer behavior, sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns across all business segments.
  • Partner with the Data Science team to leverage advanced analytics techniques and models to generate deeper insights and predictions.

Project Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, BU, Channel, etc.) to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing business processes across all channels and identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
  • Document and maintain business processes and best practices.

Reporting and Insights:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling data-driven presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and translate data insights into impactful visual representations.

Ad-hoc Support:
  • Provide timely and effective support on ad-hoc requests and emerging business needs related to data analysis across all business segments.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and urgent requests.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
  • Experience working with data from both online and offline channels is essential.
  • Familiarity with the travel retail sector and its unique dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce, Travel Retail, customer trends and preferences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven project management experience with outstanding time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively
  • Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and leveraging data science techniques is a plus.
  • Educational Background (Optional): Candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Your educational background will be viewed as a positive addition to your qualifications.
