ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the coordination of shipments and deliveries.
Track and monitor inventory levels
Prepare and process shipping documents
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Assist in the resolution of any issues related to logistics
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
Perform other duties as assigned

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

"O" Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC / Diploma in Maritime
Good coordination skills and interpersonal skills
1-2 years of experience working for a ship agent or equivalent or related (added advantage)
Mandarin speaking is compulsory to communicate with Chinese customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office software or equivalent
Positive disposition and able to work under minimal supervision
