We are working with a leading healthcare provider seeking a Business Analyst to support a range of security, systems, and process improvement initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a curious, solution-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong foundation in infrastructure to navigate dependencies across IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical acumen, infrastructure awareness, and stakeholder engagement skills to support a variety of transformation and security initiatives within a complex, user-driven environment.

The Role

• Bridge communication between stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application teams.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Map current and future state processes, highlighting dependencies and impact.
• Define user personas and usage scenarios to guide solution design and adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical implementation.
• Support the evaluation and rollout of off-the-shelf and internal solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs.
• Contribute to change readiness, user engagement, and adoption planning.
• Ensure traceable documentation and alignment with governance or compliance standards.
• Monitor risks, issues, and delivery progress from analysis through implementation.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (e.g. process mapping, requirements gathering, user stories).
• Experience engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to define user personas, usage patterns, and business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide.
• Familiarity with change and adoption processes, especially in user-sensitive environments.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset, able to handle ambiguity and drive clarity.
