• Basic from $4500 to $6,000 + Commission
• Location: Multiple outlets

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal sales consultations to contribute to outlet sales.
• Ensure outlet operations comply with SOPs (e.g., POS, P&L, staff management) through coordination with the assigned Outlet Branch Manager.
• Manage and resolve disputes related to sales issues in outlets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and address customer complaints effectively.
• Enhance sales performance by providing continuous training and coaching to existing staff.
• Support ongoing staff learning and development.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven personal sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle customer service and resolve complaints.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Familiar with SOPs, P&L, and outlet management.
