Job Title: Operations Manager (Technical & Field Ops)

Ecoworks is a fast-growing sustainability startup pioneering smart refill stations to eliminate single-use plastic packaging. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who will take ownership of our daily refilling operations, manage station maintenance, and oversee warehouse inventory. This is a ground-up opportunity to shape sustainable infrastructure and build a better, waste-free future.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Operations & Refill Logistics

• Oversee daily refill operations across multiple station sites islandwide.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and replenishment of detergent products.
• Supervise part-time refill crew or contractors as the business scales.

StationMaintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct preventive checks and resolve common issues with piping, pumps, flow sensors, valves, and electrical components.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors and assist in installation and relocation of stations.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels of detergents and consumables.
• Maintain tidy, organized records of inbound/outbound goods.
• Support forecasting and restocking to reduce downtime.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in the refill/maintenance workflow.
• Provide weekly reports on station performance and inventory status.

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in basic plumbing, pump/equipment servicing, or field servicing roles.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Physically fit and willing to travel across Singapore regularly.
• Class 3/3A driver's license.
• Bonus: Experience with vending or dispensing systems.
