We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join focusing on Finance and Supply Chain business processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels. This role involves discovering and documenting business requirements, leading testing activities, and defining current and future states to facilitate effective gap analysis.

The Role

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Supply Chain systems.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired future states, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including the development of test plans, test cases, and execution of UAT.
• Support change management initiatives by providing training and documentation to end-users.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all implemented solutions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Proven expertise in discovering and documenting business requirements and leading testing activities.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes and supporting systems.
• Ability to define current state, future state, and perform gap analysis effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
