Responsible for the daily operational management of the company, including purchasing and ordering, inventory management, recruitment and staff management, training, payroll, menu optimization, logistics and distribution, and market expansion. Ensure efficient and orderly operations while driving continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchasing & Ordering Management
   Develop procurement plans based on inventory and sales data
   Select and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost control
   Track order progress to ensure timely delivery of materials
   Deliver goods personally when necessary
2. Inventory Management
   Establish an inventory management system to ensure all materials are properly recorded
   Conduct regular stocktaking to prevent overstocking and waste
3. Recruitment, Training & Staff Management
   Recruit suitable staff based on business needs
   Develop training plans to improve employee skills and service quality
   Conduct performance evaluations and maintain a positive team atmosphere
4. Payroll Management
   Accurately calculate wages based on attendance, performance, etc.
   Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure timely payroll processing
5. Menu Optimization
   Adjust menus based on market feedback and cost analysis
6. Coordination & Planning
   Communicate effectively with suppliers and planners in China and Singapore to ensure smooth operations
   Oversee product branding and market expansion, including the development of future franchise opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience as a restaurant manager and in regional operations within the F&B industry in Singapore
• Proficiency in Chinese to facilitate communication with suppliers and planners in China
• Hygiene Officer Level 3 certification
• Valid driving license
