Job Description

Seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent service in a professional aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

• ⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise a team of front desk staff, therapists, beauticians, and medical professionals

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operating procedures

• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and manage clinic inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies

• ⁠ ⁠Handle scheduling, staff performance evaluations, and team development

• ⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales targets through service promotion and customer retention strategies

• ⁠ ⁠Address customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the marketing and HQ teams to execute in-house promotions and reporting

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and operational updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in aesthetic clinic, retail, spa, or outlet management
• Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations, services, and customer expectations
• Proven ability to manage sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented attitude
• Able to communicate effectively with customers; multilingual abilities are an advantage (e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa)
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using POS or clinic management software (Plato)
