We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team. Your main tasks will be:

• Follow all the rules and processes.
• Work with customers and transporters to solve daily problems.
• Plan orders to meet delivery and collection needs.
• Collect data and submit reports.
• Count inventory regularly.
• Make sure all shipments (incoming and outgoing) are done on time.
• Ensure all shipment documents are correct and submitted on time.
• Improve processes and implement changes.
• Report any issues with received goods to the Executive.
• Be comfortable lifting goods weighing 15-20kg when needed.
• Perform outbound transactions in the SAP system.
• Handle receiving in the WMS system.
• Do other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year of related experience (fresh graduates and those with no experience are welcome to apply).
• Good at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VBA).
• Experience with operations dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Knowledge of WMS is preferred.
• Able to communicate well with both internal and external customers.
