Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and possess the expertise to analyze, design, and implement business processes that drive efficiency and innovation. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to streamline operations using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Solution Design: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and testing, to ensure successful deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and provide ongoing support to address any issues or concerns.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the platform and improve business processes.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM and others is highly desirable. Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), and integration tools (REST, SOAP) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
