We are seeking a proactive and strategic MarTech Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within our Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives. The ideal candidate will conduct discovery sessions, define use cases, assess MarTech stack maturity, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer data strategies.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and Requirement Gathering: Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture business and data requirements.
- CDP Use Case Definition: Define and refine CDP use cases by working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- MarTech Stack Assessment: Evaluate the maturity of the MarTech stack and assess the current state of CDP readiness.
- Data Ecosystem Evaluation: Analyze the existing data environment to identify architecture gaps and integration opportunities.
- Data Flow Mapping: Create high-level data flow diagrams to illustrate integration points and dependencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the client's internal teams and any System Integrators to ensure seamless data integration and MarTech alignment.
- Marketing Analytics Support: Assist in designing marketing analytics solutions, personalization logic, and user journey frameworks.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of architectural decisions, frameworks, and project outcomes.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the MarTech/CDP domain.
- Strong understanding of customer data management and MarTech ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with CDP platforms, data flow mapping, and data integration strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
- Proficiency in documentation and creating architecture diagrams.
