Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to plan deliveries for new product launches and restocks, following shipping guidelines.
• Manage import processes from origin to local warehouse.
• Coordinate pick and pack with local warehouses.
• Oversee full export operations across our distributor network.
• Ensure inventory accuracy locally and overseas; lead cycle counts and disposals.
• Source shipping quotes and compare costs for raw material imports.
• Support Events Team with timely shipping of promotional materials.
• Pick, pack, and arrange courier shipments as needed.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization in logistics.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL performance and service levels.
• Verify invoices from logistics service providers.
• Generate and distribute product availability reports biweekly.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or customer service roles.
• Familiar with air & sea freight import/export procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and HS Code classification.
• Proficient in MS Office and courier shipping platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills.
